If you find some defects on your products, you may return it to us or exchange it with other products.
All following policies are not applied to Sale items. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the product you wish to return is sold out and we can’t replace it with new one, we will refund your money via Bank Transfers.
Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all tags still attached.
Returns or exchanges that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
You should contact us within 7 days after you receive the product along with the information why you want to return the product.
We will respond to your request and you will then have 7 days starting from after you receive our email response to send it back.
If we receive your package more than 14 days, we have the authority to cancel cash refund.
Exceptions can be made if the goods cannot be received because of the shipping company’s or our fault.
